  What happens if I need to cancel last minute?

  Our cancellation policy refunds bookings cancelled 24+ hours in advance in full. Inside that window the session is non-refundable, so it’s worth messaging your consultant directly if something urgent comes up.

  Tips for making the most of your first session

  A few things that help first-time students get more out of their session: write down your main question beforehand, join a couple of minutes early to test your camera/mic, and don’t worry about having everything figured out — that’s what the session is for.
